Production Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Tipton production team supporting seed processing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, safety consciousness, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Tipton, IN

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: Must be open to all shifts

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Support seed inspection, packaging, and inventory management activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow safety protocols and participate in daily team meetings
• Assist with housekeeping responsibilities and environmental condition management

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 60 lbs
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow directions
• Good communication skills in English (reading and speaking)
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and overtime as required
• Basic ability to distinguish seed varieties by size or color
