Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
• Answer questions and help customers find products
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays
• Receive deliveries and assist with inventory management
• Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas clean and organized
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily store goals

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

• Full-time, approximately 35–40 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
• Day and evening shifts available
