Case Manager, Social Services - Now Hiring

The incumbent must be able to lead others and take appropriate action when required. Required Work Experience: One (1) year of experience required. Other Information: Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida is preferred. JDCH Specific: Licensed Clinical Social Worker license is required for the following areas: Dialysis, Transplant, Cystic Fibrosis and mental status exams in the Emergency Department.Additional Education Info: Psychology, Mental Health, Marriage and Family, and/or related social services field.
