What We Are Looking For (Your Superpowers):

• The Registry Proof: You hold a Wisconsin Registry Level 6 or higher (CDA, Technical Diploma, or 6+ ECE college credits).
• Classroom Experience: You’ve spent 1–2 years leading a classroom in a licensed setting and know how to keep a room engaged, safe, and smiling.
• Behavior Mastery: You don't sweat the small stuff (or the big stuff). You view challenging behaviors as an opportunity to connect and redirect. You excel at using patience, positive reinforcement, and creative adaptation to help every child thrive.
