Full-Time | Florida Licensed Pharmacist Required
Pay: $114,400 - $120,640

An established independent retail pharmacy is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Pharmacist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who values patient relationships, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working in a community-focused environment.

Our client recently moved into a brand-new facility and continues to expand services including retail pharmacy, compounding, and medical supplies.

They are open to both experienced pharmacists and motivated new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient counseling
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Assist with inventory management and workflow operations
• Support compounding services when needed
• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist License
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Independent pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Compounding experience is a plus
• Our client would also consider those who have recently graduated

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (every other Saturday)
• Closed Sundays and all major holidays
• Approximately 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• $114,400 - $120,640
• PTO:
• 1 week after 1 year
• 2 weeks after 2 years
• 3 weeks after 10 years
• Sick pay
• $500 monthly reimbursement for Health Insurance
