Warehouse Packers 2nd Shift

Shift 2: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Read and interpret the daily production plan.

Track production progress on the communication board.

Safely operate machinery such as mills, extruders, ovens, and related equipment.

Package finished goods and apply correct labels to all packaging.

Place finished goods on pallets for shipment or storage.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic workflow issues.

Verify accuracy of formulations and weighments.

Ensure all internal and external product specifications are met.

Perform frequent quality checks (visual inspections, AIMS, QMS, etc.).

Use various measuring and testing equipment as required.

Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.

Basic math and writing skills.

Basic computer skills for quality-related data entry.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods in a production environment.

Ability to work around large industrial equipment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
