Maintenance Technician

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of Residential Maintenance Technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical is required
• Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times
• Must have their own tools

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Ensure service requests are responded to and resolved in an efficient and timely manner
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
• Must possess strong skills in carpentry, tiling, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to all common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community areas daily to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
• Prepare the vacant units for occupancy
• Communicate and interact with staff and tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• Work as part of a team and represent the community in a professional manner at all times
