Overnight Senior Maintenance Mechanic

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and utility systems.
• Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting and timely repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs to support equipment reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventories.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, PLC controlled equipment.
