We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a food manufacturing facility in Pedricktown, NJ. This is a great opportunity to join a stable manufacturer offering excellent benefits, overtime opportunities and 100% company-paid Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment faults, replace components and restore production
• Support equipment changeovers, line setups and machine adjustments
• Perform emergency repairs to minimise downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals and work orders
• Complete maintenance records and document repairs
• Carry out basic facility maintenance as required
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety and company safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' industrial maintenance experience
• Experience within food manufacturing or high-speed production preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical prints and troubleshoot multiple voltage systems
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
