Maintenance Technician - Entry Level

An international plant-based food manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Entry Level. Candidate must have a GED and maintenance experience OR have completed trade school and learned HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, or other related categories

• $21 -23 /hr. plus full benefits

1: Monday – Wednesday and Friday and Saturday (Thursday and Sunday off)

02:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

2: Monday -Tuesday and Thursday – Saturday (Wednesday and Sunday off)

02:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

**For the first 3 months, training will be held on Monday – Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician – Entry Level:

• High school diploma with maintenance experience

Or

• Completed trade school in the field of maintenance (ex. HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, and others)
• Overtime may be required

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician – Entry Level:

• Follow all safety rules and perform safe maintenance work
• Complete preventive maintenance on machinery

Improve equipment condition and efficiency

• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Use power and hand tools as needed
• Participate in required training
• Wear proper PPE for safety and food‐manufacturing environments
• Maintain and repair production equipment, building systems, fire protection, and other facility areas
• Document maintenance history accurately
• Monitor and record equipment data
• Manage spare parts inventory and report shortages
