We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a well-established manufacturing company in North Wales, PA. This is a day shift position offering excellent benefits, overtime opportunities and the chance to work on custom-built manufacturing equipment within a stable, long-term manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to minimise downtime
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on custom-built manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical faults
• Repair and replace bearings, cylinders, pulleys, drive systems and machine components
• Assist with electrical troubleshooting including motors, controls and machine wiring
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Work closely with Production to maximise equipment reliability and plant efficiency
• Complete maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Strong industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing
• Excellent mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
• PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting experience preferred
