Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Traffic Clerk to support daily logistics and driver coordination. This role is key to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining clear communication between drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily driver schedules and delivery routes to ensure on-time service
• Communicate with drivers via phone, radio, or dispatch systems to provide instructions and real-time updates
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of dispatch activities
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on deliveries

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to answer and manage a high volume of phone calls professionally
• Comfortable communicating with both customers and drivers in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch systems
