Full‑Time LPN – Home Health

$1,080/week | Mileage Reimbursement
$1,000 Sign‑On Bonus (after 90 days)
IRA + Health Insurance | Lawrence • Haverhill • Methuen
Every Other Weekend Required

Essex Home Health is hiring a Full‑Time LPN to provide home‑health visits for approximately 40 patients per week, focusing on hypertension and diabetic care.

Key Duties

Complete home‑health nursing visits (40 patients weekly)
Provide hypertension and diabetic patient care
Perform assessments, vitals, medication teaching
Document visits accurately and timely
Communicate patient changes to RN Case Manager
Work every other weekend
Travel between Lawrence, Haverhill, and Methuen (mileage reimbursement)

Requirements

Active LPN license in Massachusetts
Home‑health experience preferred
Strong communication and patient‑education skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
