Warehouse Lead

Our client, a busy distribution center, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Location: Brooklyn, OH

Pay Range: $21.50/hour

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6pm-1am; Saturday Off; Sunday 8am-4pm (latest); with an additional day off during the week

What's the Job?

• Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity
• Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards
• Oversee inventory management, including monitoring levels and reconciliation
• Handle equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Assist in resolving operational issues to maximize team efficiency

What's Needed?

• At least 4 years of warehouse experience
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
