Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Designing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Providing engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Accurately monitoring and documenting student progress
  • Collaborating with educators, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
  • Educating and involving families in the therapy process, ensuring continuity and support at home

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
