The Opportunity: Shape the Future of Raw Materials QAAre you an early-career biotech professional looking to supercharge your trajectory in Quality Assurance? We are scaling our Global Product Quality Materials team in Norwood and looking for four to six solid QA professionals to join us.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, this team is responsible for ensuring the absolute consistency, safety, and reliability of the raw materials and consumables that power our manufacturing pipeline.

He plans to build a well-rounded team by assessing your unique strengths—whether you excel at data-driven investigations, supplier relations, or cross-functional change control—and tailoring your specific focus areas within the department to set you up for success.What You’ll Need to Bring (Basic Qualifications)
This is a perfect role for an ambitious professional with 1–3 years of industry exposure who wants to master global quality systems:
Education: BA/BS degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Direct exposure to Quality Assurance is highly preferred.
The Right Aptitude: A solid desire and demonstrated ability to quickly learn, absorb, and apply complex GxP regulations and internal SOPs.
Collaborative Mindset: solid communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional internal teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QC, Process Development) and external suppliers.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (Your strengths will help define your focus)
Depending on your background and skillset, you will take ownership of or support various pillars of the Raw Material Quality lifecycle, including:
Supplier Quality & Onboarding: Partnering with suppliers to qualify raw materials, negotiate quality agreements, and manage the supplier change notification process.
Investigations & SCARs: Issuing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), driving complaints to resolution, and supporting root-cause analyses.
Quality System Support: Completing assigned action items for change controls, deviations, and CAPAs involving raw materials.
Compliance & Data Integrity: Reviewing quality plans and ensuring absolute adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP/GxP regulations.
