What We're Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP credential from ASHA
• Active Colorado license to practice as an SLP
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of varying ages and diagnoses
• Commitment to individualized intervention, assessment, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services for K-12 students according to IEP requirements
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based teams
• Consult on strategies and tools for generalization of skills across settings
