Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Fork Truck Focus)
Location: Holly
Pay: $23 - $30/hour depending on experience non-union position
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with a strong background in fork truck diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance to support daily manufacturing operations. Duties:
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on fork trucks, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and fuel systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on fork trucks to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Diagnose and repair issues related to steering, braking, lifting mechanisms, and power systems.
  • Review maintenance schedules and assignments with the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Perform general maintenance and repair work on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
  • Complete bench jobs and other assigned maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Report equipment issues requiring additional attention to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas after completing repairs.
  • Follow all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience repairing and maintaining fork trucks is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrates consistent work history with longevity in maintenance roles.
  • Is dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.
