LTC Retail Pharmacist - Warwick, Rhode Island

A pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist with experience in retail and long-term care settings. This contract position is based in Providence, RI, offering a consistent weekday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM throughout July 2026.

Schedule:

• Thursday through Friday, July 9–10
• Monday through Friday, July 13–17
• Monday through Friday, July 20–24
• Monday through Friday, July 27–31Each shift is 8.5 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
• Counsel patients regarding medication use, side effects, and adherence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid Rhode Island pharmacist license is required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
