Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting PreK and Kindergarten students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, in-person position focuses on making a difference in the lives of early learners by addressing communication needs and fostering developmental growth within a supportive school setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid SLP – CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to student progress
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to PreK-K students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
  • Engage in consultation and collaboration with educators and families to support student learning
  • Maintain accurate progress records and document interventions according to school standards
  • Support the development of student communication skills to enhance social and classroom participation
  • Provide professional input in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Participate fully on-site; virtual or remote services are not permitted
