Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Temporary Senior Accountant for a manufacturing client in Englewood, CO. This role will support the Controller and accounting team with close processes, reconciliations, multi-entity accounting, AP/AR workflows, inventory and cost accounting, tax filings, ERP reporting, and process improvement.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant who can step into a temporary assignment, take ownership quickly, and support a growing manufacturing environment.

Job Highlights:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
• Investigate variances and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Support multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions
• Assist with AP/AR workflows and process improvements
• Support inventory accounting and cost accounting processes
• Prepare and review Sales and Use Tax filings
• Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity planning
• Work within ERP systems to support data integrity and reporting
• Document and improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Multi-entity and intercompany accounting experience
• ERP system experience
• AP/AR workflow knowledge
• Sales and Use Tax compliance experience
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• Inventory and cost accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
