Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My almost 97-year-old dad is a lonely old man. Very hard to please. Complains about everything. Still living on his own in a very nice apartment. Still drives his car and grocery shops for himself. He currently has maid service bi-monthly. No hobbies now but had plenty in his younger years. He desires conversation but once he gets it he usually cuts it short and needs his privacy. About the care needs: Someone who can cook for him. Not every meal but certainly a few dinner meals a week at this time. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
