Companion Care Needed

My father is near or at end stage cardio renal failure and on hospice. He is a large individual (250 lbs) and still makes his way to the bathroom. He is basically chairbound most of the time. We have a live-in caregiver and need Overnight coverage. My father needs assistance toileting and transferring. He needs medications for pain as needed. He is deaf and uses a caption tablet. He does exhibit more agitation overnight. He enjoys watching TV and eating ice cream! I live in the community so assistance is nearby.
