Nanny Needed

I work from home with the most crucial hours being from 10am-2pm, sometimes varying depending on scheduled meetings. We are a laid back family, but would like to see some more structure in the little ones day; its been proven difficult to give him my full attention without sacrificing the job. No other duties required outside of playing with our happy little 1-year-old, reading books, keeping him curious but safe, etc.
