Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for someone to come to our home 2-3 times a week for a total of about 6 hours or more a week. Flexible on times and days. We are looking for someone to do daily and weekly tasks such as: Laundry, dishes, trash, pet care, meal prep, groceries, mail, filing, fill the car with gas, and some household administrative/organizational tasks. We also have a young child under 1-year-old and most of the childcare is covered, but someone comfortable with kids that is willing to also babysit here and there would be a big plus. Also, some interior decorating interest or skill is a plus. We have one small cat.
