American Traveler is seeking an experienced ED RN for a 13-week travel contract in Colorado, requiring a minimum of 2 years of emergency nursing experience and an active CO or compact RN license.

- BSN required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience \n
- Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association with at least 3 months remaining before expiration \n
- Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience required \n

- Delivers patient and family-centered care incorporating the nursing process, including developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based practice \n
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams in shared decision-making, care planning, and transitions of care \n
- Participates in quality improvement activities such as Root Cause Analyses, Safety Huddles, and Interdisciplinary Meetings \n
- Documents and navigates within the EMR to support patient care and clinical decision-making \n
- Opportunities to contribute to shared governance, professional development, and precepting of students and peers \n
