**MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF TRAUMA LEVEL 1 EXPERIENCE

- Unit: ED / Trauma
\n - # beds: Acute - 36 and Subacute - 54. Trauma bays - 6 (no travelers)
\n - Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS
\n - Preferred Certs: TNCC and ATCN
\n **ENPC not allowed to replace PALS Cert**
\n - Ratios: 1:4 ratio
\n - EMR: Cerner
\n - Charge Nurse: 2 Charge RNs - will task or have light patient load.
\n - Nurse Aides: 4-PCTs for sitters.
