Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to patients in labor and delivery, including postpartum care.
\n
• Perform triage and assess the health status of obstetrical patients.
\n
• Assist with high-risk and normal vaginal deliveries.
\n
• Administer prescribed medications, including epidurals and nitrous oxide.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Meditech charting system.
\n
• Educate and support new mothers with breastfeeding and postpartum care.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery nurse required.
\n
• Current state nursing license in-hand upon submission.
\n
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NRP is required.
\n
• Experience with Meditech charting system preferred.
\n
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
\n
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions considered.
\n
