\n Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
\n Current RN license required
\n Current AHA BLS certification required
\n Previous Operating Room leadership or supervisory experience preferred
\n Strong perioperative nursing experience required
\n Ideal Candidate
\n Experienced Operating Room RN with leadership or supervisory experience
\n Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and surgical workflows
\n Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
\n Ability to coordinate daily OR operations, staffing, and patient flow
\n Committed to quality improvement, patient safety, and exceptional surgical outcomes
\n Collaborative leader with strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
