Surgical Tech - Travel

Job Summary
\n Assist in the care of the surgical patient by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures. The Surgical Tech must have a thorough understanding of the procedures being performed, anticipate the needs of the surgeon, and ensure quality patient care during operative procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining the sterile field, following instructions from physicians and RNs, and adhering to established hospital policies related to the Operating Room. The role also involves maintaining a safe environment in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technician certification.
\n
• High School Graduate or GED.
\n
• Graduate from an accredited program.
\n

• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs.
