Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Medford, Wisconsin.

Shift Requirements: Variable shifts - day, PM, night.
\n8 and 12-hour shifts.
\nWeekend/Holiday: every other weekend and holidays.
\nFloat Requirements: will be required to float to Short term, Long term, and CBRF Unit.
\nOn Call/Call Back Requirements: None.
\nMinimum Experience: 2+ years previous experience SNF long term care experience.
\nRequired Certifications: WI RN license, BLS.
\n(Aspirus requires AHA certifications).
\nCharting Experience: ECS - not required, they will train.
\nUnit Specific Skillset: Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting.
\nStrong medication administration skills.
\n2 Units: Unit 1 is 12 beds for short term residents (average census is 5-8) and 10 CBRF residents.
\nUnit 2 is LTC with 20 beds.
\n3 aides and 2 nurses per shift (day and PM shift).
\nScrubs: Any scrubs.
\nMust be clean and work appropriate.
\nContract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours.
\nTravelers can be put on call for low census hours.
\nThe on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours.
\nIf the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay.
\nCall back minimum is 2 hours.
\nDuring Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times.
