Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide perioperative nursing care in a critical access environment.
\n
• Float between units as needed, including Preop, OR, PACU, and ENDO.
\n
• Participate in on-call rotations including variable weekends and nights.
\n
• Ensure adherence to patient ratio standards for optimal care delivery.
\n
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate charting and documentation.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support such as PT, RT, and Radiology.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current and valid MT or Compact RN license.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a perioperative RN.
\n
• Proficient in Epic EMR and conscious sedation monitoring.
\n
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS.
\n
• Experience in critical access hospital settings is required.
\n
• Ability to circulate C-sections and handle comprehensive patient care.
\n
