Job Summary:
\n The Surgical Technologist serves as a primary scrub person or assistant for operative procedures. Responsibilities include surgical preparation, assisting during surgical cases, post-case cleanup, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of experience.
\n
• Technical Diploma from a Surgical Technologist accredited program or comparable military training.
\n
• BLS certification.
\n
• One of the following certifications: NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NCCT Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS‑C).
\n
• Demonstrates accountability, effective communication, collaboration, and professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers.
\n
