DIRECT HIRE | RN Float Pool – Med/Surg
\n Alton, Illinois
\n Join a hospital-based Float Pool team as a Registered Nurse providing care across Medical/Surgical units. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity offering a consistent schedule and premium shift differentials.
\n Position Details
\n Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool
\n Department: Medical/Surgical
\n Employment Type: Direct Hire
\n Start Date: Mid-July 2026
\n Hours: 36 hours per week
\n Schedule
\n Three 12-hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
\n Work 11 out of every 12 weekends
\n Two major holidays per year
\n Additional Compensation
\n Night Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour
\n Weekend Program Premium: Earn 40% above your base hourly rate for working the weekend program
\n Qualifications
\n Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n Recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
\n Ability to work in a float pool environment
\n Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
