\n Lila Medlink is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare facility in Yuma, AZ for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN). This is a direct-hire opportunity for a skilled ER nurse looking to join a fast-paced, collaborative emergency department.
\n Position Details
\n Start Date: ASAP
\n Schedule: 12-hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
\n Employment Type: Direct Hire
\n Qualifications
\n Current Arizona RN License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
\n Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room, ICU, or Critical Care experience within the past 3 years
\n Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
\n Current BLS, ACLS, and any other required certifications
\n Strong critical thinking and emergency patient care skills
\n Compensation
\n Base Pay: $39.93–$51.91 per hour
\n Night Shift Differential: $4.50 per hour
\n Weekend Shift Differential: $4.00 per hour
\n Sign-On Bonus
\n $5,000 with a 1-year commitment
\n $10,000 with a 2-year commitment
\n Relocation Incentives
\n Three months of housing provided
\n $5,000 relocation assistance with a 1-year commitment
\n $10,000 relocation assistance with a 2-year commitment
\n Candidate Requirements
\n Must live more than 100 miles from Onvida Health to qualify for relocation and sign-on incentives.
