Position / Specialty: ICU/CCU RN
\n Shift: Nights (1900-0730)
\n Ratios/Daily Caseload: 1:2 ratio for all shifts. 4 bed ICU.
\n Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required.
\n First-timers accepted: Yes.
\n Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend.
\n Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, and NIH required.
\n Is on-call REQ? No.
\n Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed.
\n Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
\n Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
\n Pending License accepted: No- active IL license required to apply.

\n Special Requirements:
\n •Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG. IV insulin protocols experience required. Chronic/Acute Renal failure experience required.
\n •Required IV therapy Skills/Experience: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
\n •Required Medication Skills/Experience: Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Titrate Cardiac drips,
\n •Titrate Vasoactive drips. Required Respiratory/Thoracic Case Skills/Experience: Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management.
\n •Required Professional Topics and Skills: Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac. Cerner experience preferred.
