• Monitored and interpreted cardiac telemetry rhythms, vital signs, and hemodynamic status, promptly responding to changes in patient condition.

• Administered cardiac medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Collaborated with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
\n
• Educated patients and families on cardiac disease management, medications, lifestyle modifications, and post-discharge care.
\n
• Documented assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in Epic EMR while maintaining compliance with hospital standards.
