TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Pocatello, Idaho.

**Title:** Case Manager
\n**Schedule:** 5x8-hour days
\n**Requirements:**
\n - 2 years of experience preferred
\n - BLS certification required
\n - Experience with medical necessity review, discharge planning, and utilization review
\n - Familiarity with the Epic charting system
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
\n - Review medical necessity and conduct utilization reviews
\n - Plan for patient discharges and document screenings and discharge plans
\n - Communicate changes in the plan of care to relevant stakeholders
\n - Coordinate community referrals and anticipate patient needs
\n - Conduct concurrent and continued stay reviews, including understanding DRG and benefits eligibility
**Compliance / Notes:**
\n - State or Compact license must be in hand at the time of submittal
\n - All requests for time off must be listed at the time of submittal
\n - Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
\n - Core items and lab requirements must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
\n - Orientation modules are to be completed onsite
