\nPediaStaff is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year at a therapeutic day school in Arlington Heights, IL!
\nPosition Highlights:
\n- \n
- Dates: August 17, 2026 - May 28, 2027 \n
- Full-time, Monday-Friday \n
- Hours: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM (30-minute duty-free lunch) \n
- Therapeutic day school setting \n
- In-person only \n
- Collaborate with 5 other BCBAs \n
- Support 4-5 classrooms serving students with a wide range of special needs \n
- Pay: $55-$65/hour depending on experience \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field \n
- Current BCBA certification \n
- School-based experience preferred \n
- Experience supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, and developmental disabilities is a plus \n
