Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations at healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a progressive care unit.
\n
• Utilize telemetry and perform EKGs as required.
\n
• Manage medications including Heparin, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone drips.
\n
• Perform bedside and hourly rounding to monitor patient status.
\n
• Document according to Meditech-HCA standards and protocols.
\n
• Ensure compliance with NO PASS ZONE for alarms and maintain unit communication.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact state.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH certification preferred.
\n
• Cardiac knowledge and experience with telemetry monitoring.
\n
• Proficiency in Meditech-HCA documentation system.
\n
• Familiarity with chest tube and wound vac management procedures.
\n
• Ability to work every other weekend and float to other M/S areas as needed.
\n
