Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure adherence to AWOHNN guidelines in L&D and postpartum units.
\n
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
\n
• Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and physicians for optimal care delivery.
\n
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and ensure resource availability.
\n
• Circulate during c-sections and manage patient flow between L&D and postpartum units.
\n
• Ensure successful staff orientation and development within the unit.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current valid RN license for California.
\n
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP and Fetal monitoring preferred.
\n
• Proficient in using Cerner EMR and FetalLink systems.
\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
\n
• Previous travel contract experience preferred.
\n
