\n ### Job Requirements

\n ✔ Active Washington RN License
\n ✔ Minimum 3 Years of RN Experience (L&D/LDRP Preferred)
\n ✔ Current BLS Certification (AHA or Equivalent)
\n ✔ NRP Certification Required
\n ✔ ACLS Required (or eligible per facility requirements)
\n ✔ AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring) Preferred
\n ✔ STABLE Certification Preferred
\n ✔ Strong Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care Experience

\n ### Responsibilities

\n * Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn recovery.
\n * Perform maternal and fetal assessments while monitoring labor progression.
\n * Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
\n * Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
\n * Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
\n * Accurately document patient care and assessments.
\n * Function as Charge Nurse when assigned and assist with staff coordination.
