\n ### Job Requirements

\n ✔ Active Maine RN License or Compact RN License
\n ✔ Minimum 3 Year of Emergency Department Experience
\n ✔ Current BLS Certification , ACLS
\n ✔ BSN Preferred
\n ✔ Strong critical thinking and emergency assessment skills

\n ### Responsibilities

\n * Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments.
\n * Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
\n * Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.
\n * Deliver emergency nursing care for patients of all ages.
\n * Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge plans.
\n * Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
\n * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
