Job Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns, ensuring safety and comfort at all times. \n
- Assist with cesarean sections, ensuring sterile techniques and efficiency in the operating room. \n
- Administer medications and monitor their effects, including epidurals and anesthesia for cesarean procedures. \n
- Educate and support mothers on postpartum care and newborn care, promoting breastfeeding and bonding. \n
- Perform or assist in neonatal resuscitation when necessary to ensure the best start for newborns. \n
- Float to other units as needed to meet facility staffing requirements while maintaining patient care standards. \n

- Current and valid CA state RN license with experience in labor and delivery. \n
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a labor and delivery setting, including charge RN roles. \n
- Certifications required include ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP. \n
- Proficient with Epic charting system and ability to quickly adapt to the facility's documentation requirements. \n
- Experience with high-risk obstetrics and culturally diverse patient populations. \n
- Ability to float to meet facility needs and work weekends as required by staffing needs. \n
