Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide critical care to vent dependent and high acuity patients.
\n
• Administer IV drips and sedation, monitoring patient response.
\n
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Float to MS Telemetry as needed, maintaining a 6:1 ratio.
\n
• Manage recoveries after hours and adapt to patient needs.
\n
• Comply with facility protocols and document using Cerner EMR.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN licensure in Indiana.
\n
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
\n
• A minimum of 1-2 years of recent critical care experience.
\n
• Proficiency in managing ventilated patients and IV administration.
\n
• Valid driver's license and willingness to float as needed.
\n
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
\n
