American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric ICU RN for a mixed acuity Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit, with APHON certification and Beacon EMR experience required.
Details\n- \n
- Mixed acuity pediatric unit serving patients from birth through 18 years of age across all pediatric specialties \n
- 19-bed unit with approximately 30% of admissions being Hematology/Oncology patients \n
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1, with at least 2 APHON-certified RNs staffed per shift \n
- Day/Night rotation or Nights Only schedule, 36 hours per week \n
- Uses the Beacon EMR platform \n
- \n
- Active NH or Compact RN license required \n
- Current BLS certification required \n
- APHON certification required \n
- Recent experience (within the last 2 years) in a Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma setting \n
- Extensive experience caring for pediatric Hematology/Oncology patients, including familiarity with all pediatric cancers and therapies \n
- Experience with the Beacon EMR platform required \n
- Two references from managers required for consideration \n

- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position \n
- Unit supports all specialties within a children's hospital setting \n
