Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
\n Responsibilities:
\n • Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
\n • Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
\n • Document services accurately and timely
\n • Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
\n • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
\n • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
\n Qualifications:
\n • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
\n • Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
\n • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
\n • Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
