Job Details
\nThis is a travel PCU RN assignment offering competitive weekly pay and a stable night‑shift schedule. Nurses will provide high‑acuity stepdown care, manage complex patient populations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

- Perform ongoing assessments and reassessments per policy \n
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care \n
- Monitor and document patient response to interventions \n
- Provide patient and family education \n
- Delegate appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff \n
- Support evidence‑based practice and unit quality initiatives \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes \n
Required Experience
\n- \n
- 2 years recent acute inpatient RN experience \n
- Prior PCU/Stepdown experience strongly preferred \n
- Epic charting experience required \n
Certifications
