Job Description
The Executive Director has full responsibility for the administration and
\nmanagement of Right to Life of North Central Indiana under the leadership of
\nthe Board of Directors. The primary responsibilities are to provide focus,
\ndirection, administration, and evaluation of the operation of the organization in
\nall areas of operation, including programming, fundraising, public relations,
\nand budgeting; provide leadership and supervision to the staff.
\nDuties:
\n1. Vision, Mission, and Strategy
\n2. Achieving Management Objectives
\n3. Managing the Programs of the Ministry
\n4. Developing needed financial resources (fundraising)
\n5. Developing a partnership with the Board
\n5. Ministry Liaison between the Ministry and the Community
\nRequirements
\n1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or ministry preferred, or a
\nminimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent experience. Previous
\nsupervisory experience strongly preferred.
\n2. Familiarity with non-profit organization financial management and
\nfundraising.
\n3. Knowledgeable and passionate about the pro-life movement. Experience
\nin the pro-life movement strongly preferred.
\n4. Willingness and ability to demonstrate commitment to Right to Life of North
\nCentral Indiana’s mission and vision.
\n6. Committed to the sanctity of human life and pro-life.
