The Executive Director has full responsibility for the administration and

management of Right to Life of North Central Indiana under the leadership of

the Board of Directors. The primary responsibilities are to provide focus,

direction, administration, and evaluation of the operation of the organization in

all areas of operation, including programming, fundraising, public relations,

and budgeting; provide leadership and supervision to the staff.

Duties:

1. Vision, Mission, and Strategy

2. Achieving Management Objectives

3. Managing the Programs of the Ministry

4. Developing needed financial resources (fundraising)

5. Developing a partnership with the Board

5. Ministry Liaison between the Ministry and the Community

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or ministry preferred, or a

minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent experience. Previous

supervisory experience strongly preferred.

2. Familiarity with non-profit organization financial management and

fundraising.

3. Knowledgeable and passionate about the pro-life movement. Experience

in the pro-life movement strongly preferred.

4. Willingness and ability to demonstrate commitment to Right to Life of North

Central Indiana’s mission and vision.

6. Committed to the sanctity of human life and pro-life.

Whether it’s sponsoring the Life Chain every October, educating youth

through the Life Guardians ProLife Training, creating awareness at fair

booths and community events, promoting the Safe Haven hotline number

and baby boxes, or financially supporting pregnancy centers, RTL of NCI

uses a variety of methods, relationship building, and events to promote a

ProLife culture that respects and protects all human life in North Central

Indiana.
