13-week Occupational Therapist (OT) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with 35 guaranteed hours per week, working day shifts from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, treat, and monitor residents to improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, and overall functional mobility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient outcomes. Requirements: Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the applicable state
\n Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
\n Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
\n Current BLS certification
\n Experience developing individualized treatment plans and performing functional assessments
\n Knowledge of adaptive equipment, therapeutic activities, cognitive rehabilitation, and ADL training
\n Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
